Offerings

Simple Practices of Embodiment

A gentle place to arrive and let breath, body, and voice remember their natural rhythm.

The practices are shown in a comfortable seated position on the floor.
If sitting on the floor does not feel right for you, a chair or sofa works just as well.
Choose a seat that allows your spine to feel easy and supported, while the body remains relaxed.

Arrive as you are.

Let the breath move naturally.
Allow the body to respond in its own rhythm.
Let sound emerge only if it feels welcome.

Breath of Arrival

A gentle breath journey between earth, heart, and sky.

Let the breath flow deep and unhurried.
Sense the earth beneath you, the sky above you.
Rest at heart.

Sound Rising at Heart

Breath deepens, and sound begins to rise from the heart.

Sound begins gently—first as a quiet hum,
then as clear tones
that grow fuller and longer.

More offerings will soon be released.

You will soon find another few free practices.

And a poetic-contemplative journey that expands into embodied practices as well.
